To lock in your date, it’s important to reserve it in advance. You can reach out through our contact page, email, or phone. To secure your booking, a signed contract and a 50% retainer are required. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.

We take the responsibility of preserving your memories seriously. All images are stored on multiple hard drives and backed up in the cloud to ensure they’re protected from the unexpected. Your gallery stays online for a full year, giving you plenty of time to download, share, and relive every moment.

We carefully hand-edit each image to ensure every detail is just right, the full gallery will be ready in 6 weeks. To tide you over, we will also send a sneak peek selection within the first week, perfect for sharing and reliving those first unforgettable moments.

We are based in Guildford and cover weddings within a 30-mile radius as standard. If your celebration is a little further afield—or even international—we offer tailored packages to suit your location.

Your big day means the world to us, and we do everything we can to be there. If, due to unexpected circumstances, I will arrange a trusted photographer from our circle someone skilled, fully briefed on your vision, and ready to capture your moments with the same care and style.

For a full-day wedding, you’ll receive around 800+ edited images. The final number can vary slightly, but you’ll get a full, beautiful story of your day. No duplicates, just real moments, thoughtfully captured.

Yes, absolutely. I am fully insured with both public liability and professional indemnity cover.

Yes! When extra coverage is needed, I can bring along a second shooter for an additional fee. Having a second shooter means we can be in two places at once. For example, capturing both partners getting ready, or different angles of key moments like the ceremony and first kiss.
